Hola, I’m Bianca Calderón, founder of Dulce Vida Birth and co-founder of Sandunga Botanicals. “Dulce Vida” came to life after the birth of my third son. The name is a gentle reminder that pregnancy, birth, and postpartum deserve to be approached with softness. As a mother of three boys, my own journey deeply shaped my passion for this work. Motherhood has taught me the importance of feeling supported, seen, and cared for during every stage of the journey.

I believe birth is more than a medical event; it is a profound and sacred transformation. My intention is to help mothers feel empowered, informed, and deeply connected to themselves and their birth experience as they move through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum season.

My work is rooted in formal doula training, herbalism studies, Reiki training, and mentorship from teachers in holistic and traditional healing. I hold deep gratitude for their generosity in sharing their wisdom, which continues to guide me. Inspired by Mexican traditions, I blend evidence-based birth support with ancestral wisdom, grounding rituals, and postpartum healing practices to nurture the mind, body, and spirit while honoring the sacred transition into motherhood.

Whether you are preparing to welcome your baby or navigating the postpartum season, I am honored to hold space for you with compassion, presence, and respect.
